About Us
Potton Hall is a boutique hotel, spa, wedding venue and restaurant set within beautiful Suffolk countryside.
We pride ourselves on offering warm, personal hospitality across every part of the guest journey, whether welcoming overnight guests, serving dinner in Pezo's Earthfire Kitchen, supporting wedding celebrations or helping spa visitors enjoy a relaxing day away.
We are looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Team Members to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a varied hospitality position for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a close-knit team.
No two days are the same. You may be welcoming hotel guests in the morning, serving lunch in the restaurant, assisting with a wedding setup, helping spa guests, or supporting evening service.
Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Restaurant food and drink service
- Assisting with hotel check-ins and guest enquiries
- Supporting wedding and event operations
- Helping spa guests during their visit
- Preparing service areas and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Processing bookings and payments
- Working closely with colleagues across all departments
Team Culture
We operate with a small, dedicated team where everyone supports one another.
You should be happy to assist with a range of duties when required, including:
- Restaurant service
- Event setup and breakdown
- Cleaning and housekeeping support
- Pot wash and kitchen assistance
- General venue upkeep

What We're Looking For
- Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
