You will be assisting the head chef and sous chef in running the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience on the hot section, a good knowledge of sauce making, cooking with fresh fish and seafood, preparing various cuts of meat, pan-frying and oven-roasting.
A summer performance bonus is available, alongside approximately £5,000–£7,000 per year in tips for a senior chef.
This is a full-time senior position working five days per week.

Basic salary from £42500 per annum, plus approximately £5,000–£7,000 in annual tips. Expected total earnings from £47,500 to £50,000 per annum.
