We're looking for a couple of friendly, reliable people to join our Busy Bees cleaning team
We're a small, friendly team based in Emsworth, working in homes and holiday properties across the local area, roughly from Chichester to Waterlooville.
Our usual working day is Monday to Friday, around 9:15am–2:45pm, so it's a great fit for anyone wanting regular work that works around school drop-off and pick-up.
Jobs run consecutively throughout the day and we organise them geographically to keep travelling between properties to a minimum.
What you'll be doing
You'll be out and about with the team cleaning a variety of domestic homes and holiday properties. No two days are exactly the same, and we all work together to make sure our cleans are finished to the standard our customers expect.
A work vehicle is provided for travelling between jobs, along with all cleaning products and equipment, so there's no using your own car or fuel during the working day.
Pay
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm: £13.00 per hour
- Outside these hours & Saturdays: £13.50 per hour
- Sundays: £14.50 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £26.00 per hour
- 27th–30th December: £19.50 per hour
There are also opportunities for extra hours outside our usual working week, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods, if you'd like them.

Who we're looking for
Experience is always useful, but it's not essential. We'd much rather find the right people who are reliable, friendly and genuinely care about doing a good job.
We're looking for someone who works well as part of a team, has a good eye for detail, takes pride in high standards and is friendly and respectful in our customers' homes.
Cleaning is an active job, so you'll need to be happy being on your feet and getting stuck in throughout the day.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Training will be provided, and you'll have the rest of the team around you while you get used to how we do things.
