Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; teaching certification or licensure preferred.
- Proven experience teaching young children in a primary or elementary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and age-appropriate instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior constructively through effective behavior management techniques.
