Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and beverage preparation
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in a timely manner
- Support catering or banquet events by setting up bars, preparing drinks, and ensuring smooth service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage tabs efficiently while providing excellent customer care
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining establishments or bar environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience in serving food and beverages in busy settings such as restaurants or catering events
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
