Due to growth, we now have an opportunity for a Workshop Operative Laminator to join our team.

A bit about what you’ll be doing:
- Manufacture of GRP building to specified engineering CAD drawings
- Competent handling of materials and chemicals ensuring use is within specified regulations
- Ability to use measurement devices ensuring compliance with drawings issued
- Ensure workflow of a product is to schedule
- Undertake maintenance, manufacturing, test and installation tasks as requested
- Operate any vehicle or company equipment in a safe manner and in line with any published SOPs
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Assist the supervisor to participate in an efficient workshop that complies to regulatory requirements, ensure equipment is calibrated and safe, raise action logs to support corrective action and root cause analysis
What we are looking for:
- English literacy
- A proactive approach to health & safety
- Familiarity with tools and test equipment
- Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
- Proven workshop laminating or GRP handling experience
- Familiarity with tools and applications
- A proactive approach to health & safety
- Strong team player
