Night Female Support Worker
Location: Yeovil
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team, providing dedicated, person-centred care for our clients in their homes. You must be a driver with a full UK Drivers Licence.
This is a vital role designed to provide peace of mind, comfort, and dignified support to our clients.
Your base location will be Yeovil but will be required to work in other locations Milborne Port, Glastonbury and Taunton.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care.
Supporting clients with mobility needs and helping them move safely around their home and in the community.
Assisting with medication administration and monitoring clients' health and wellbeing in line with care plans.
Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social inclusion and reduce isolation.
Supporting clients with meal planning, food preparation, and encouraging healthy eating habits.
Assisting with light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Accompanying clients to appointments, social events, community activities, and recreational outings.
Taking clients shopping and supporting them with purchasing groceries, personal items, and other essentials.
Encouraging and supporting clients to participate in hobbies, leisure activities, and community engagement.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
Following safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies and procedures at all times.
Promoting clients' independence, choice, privacy, and dignity in all aspects of care and support.
What We Are Looking For
Drivers: You must hold a full UK Drivers Licence and able to drive.
Experience: Prior experience working with elderly individuals.
Character: You are inherently caring, patient, empathetic, and respectful of a client's personal space and home.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Communication: Clear communication skills to liaise with the family and care management team when needed.
