We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on baking experience and a strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, maintaining quality consistency, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality
- Measure and mix ingredients according to established procedures
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking equipment
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and report shortages or ordering needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience
- Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and pastry handling
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
