This role is based at our Newry Head Office.
This is a true generalist role offering excellent variety and scope. You will be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues, supporting across the full employee lifecycle.
From employee relations and onboarding to engagement and data insight, no two days are the same. You will work closely with an experienced People & Culture team and be supported by the Group People & Culture Manager.
Act as a first point of contact for managers and colleagues on day-to-day people matters
Support and guide managers through employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
Deliver a positive and structured onboarding experience for all new starters
Coach and support managers in performance management and development conversations
Maintain accurate people data, systems and HR documentation
Work closely with Payroll to ensure all pay, benefits and contractual changes are processed accurately
Support engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the business
Analyse and present HR data to support decision-making
You have 2–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced HR generalist role
You are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards), or hold a relevant degree
You have strong knowledge of UK & NI employment legislation
You are confident using HR systems, Excel and reporting tools
You are highly organised with strong attention to detail
You are proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
