Job Summary Looking for flexible childcare shifts in SW London? Millie’s House at Chelsea Waterfront is hiring Bank Nursery Practitioners! Choose your availability to cover busy periods, holidays, and staff absences across our modern, age-zoned rooms. Both qualified and experienced unqualified practitioners are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Support room teams during busy periods, staff absences, and holidays.
- Help deliver creative, play-based EYFS activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Assist with care routines, outdoor play, and keeping learning environments safe and engaging.
- Uphold strict safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Experience: Hands-on experience with young children (nursery or childcare setting).
- Qualifications: Level 2/3 Early Years preferred, but passionate unqualified candidates welcome!
- Attributes: Reliable, adaptable, warm, and proactive.
- Checks: Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references required.
