Front of House Team Member – Café CoCo.
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our team at Café CoCo.
As part of our front of house team, you’ll be responsible for giving every customer a great experience from the moment they arrive. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, reliable and happy working in a busy environment.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Serving food, desserts and drinks
- Using the till and handling payments
- Checking on customers and making sure they have everything they need
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Keeping all front of house areas clean, tidy and well presented
- Restocking items throughout your shift
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Working closely with the rest of the team during busy periods
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Providing excellent customer service at all times

- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Willing to help with cleaning and general duties as required
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, training will be provided.
