Easy Garden Living Installations (ColourFence) is seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our Yorkshire team. The successful candidate will lead a two man team to install ColourFence and other fencing products to the highest standards. Ideally based around Northallerton. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to quality workmanship. Are you currently fitting fencing, either wood or composite and would like to develop your career further? Are you fitting 10 plus panels per day, but perhaps not getting the right reward? Are you looking to develop a career with an expanding and growing company? OTE £40 - 44k, no cap on bonus
Duties
- Install various types of ColourFence products, inc ColourFence, gates, railings gates and sheds
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Perform masonry work as needed for fence posts and foundations.
- Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Our business model has all materials delivered direct to site along with waste solution
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in installing fencing products
- Full Driving License
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality installations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
