THE OPPORTUNITY
We are launching the TSIG Founding Partners Club.
Our objective is to bring together a carefully selected group of people who believe in our vision and wish to become Founding Partners as we continue building TSIG.
This is not a traditional fundraising role.
Instead, you will professionally introduce suitable prospective Founding Partners to TSIG, explain our vision, arrange meetings, answer initial questions and help us grow our Founding Partners community.
You will become one of the public faces of TSIG, meeting prospective Founding Partners either at our offices or, where appropriate, at a location convenient to them.
You will be provided with professionally produced marketing materials, presentations and ongoing support, allowing you to represent TSIG with confidence and credibility.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role would suit someone who:
- Has an established network of successful professionals and well-connected individuals.
- Knows people from a wide range of backgrounds, including business owners, senior professionals, executives and financially secure individuals.
- Is comfortable speaking with successful people and building genuine relationships.
- Is credible, trustworthy and well presented.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys networking and meeting new people.
- Believes in building long-term relationships rather than making quick sales.
- Is excited by the opportunity to help build an ambitious company from the ground up.
Experience in fundraising, networking, partnerships, relationship management, business development, recruitment, financial services or sales would be advantageous, but is not essential.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Introducing suitable prospective Founding Partners to TSIG.
- Building relationships with professionals, entrepreneurs and financially secure individuals.
- Explaining the TSIG vision professionally and confidently.
- Arranging meetings with the TSIG leadership team.
- Meeting prospective Founding Partners at our offices or at mutually convenient locations.
- Following up enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and communications.
- Helping expand the TSIG Founding Partners Club throughout the UK.
WHAT WE OFFER
- £25,000 basic salary.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000+.
- A generous commission structure of between 5% and 10%, based on completed funding successfully introduced.
- Performance-related bonuses.
- Full reimbursement of all reasonable business expenses incurred whilst carrying out your role.

Commission will be payable only on funding successfully introduced, completed and received by TSIG. Full details of the commission structure will be explained during the recruitment process.
