DSM Contract Lifting Services Ltd are a specialist lifting and plant movement business operating across London and the South East & further afield as require.
We deliver contract lifts, complex plant movements, crane hire and logistics support to Tier 1 M&E contractors, data centres and high-profile commercial projects.
We are growing and now looking for a reliable, experienced and professional individual to take ownership of plant movement projects.

The Role
This is a key position within the business, responsible for planning and delivering plant movement operations from enquiry through to completion.
You will:
- Plan and manage lifting and plant movement operations
- Produce RAMS, lift plans and documentation
- Carry out site surveys and attend client meetings
- Coordinate labour, cranes and logistics
- Manage projects end-to-end
- Work closely with directors and the operations team
This is a hands-on, responsible role – not a desk-only position.

What We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in plant movement / lifting operations
- Ideally holds Appointed Person (AP) qualification
- Is organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Can communicate confidently with clients and site teams
- Takes ownership and follows things through properly
We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision.
We want a grown-up operator who can be trusted to deliver.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- AP qualification preferred (or strong relevant experience)
- Experience within lifting, construction or plant movement
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site operations

- Typical working hours: 08:00 – 18:00
- Mix of office, yard and site-based work
- Face-to-face interview and practical assessment required
