Please Read Before Applying To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria: -
- Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping experience - Confident user of Xero (essential) -
- Previous experience in a garage, dealership or automotive business is highly desirable -
- Excellent knowledge of VAT, purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and supplier accounts -
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills -
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload -
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced garage office Preferred Experience -
- Xero Payroll - Garage management software (Bookar, MOT Manager, TechMan or similar) -
- MOT administration - Vehicle parts administration - Fleet invoicing and account management Hours -
Flexible hours available (approximately 20–40 hours per week) - Additional hours may be available as the business continues to grow.
