Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Drive to various locations to provide home care services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Utilize IT skills to manage patient information and schedules efficiently.

Pay: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
