We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Morden on a full time, permanent basis.
It is essential for the role that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business use insurance cover.
In the role of a Sales Negotiator you will:
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Identify new instruction opportunities
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of mortgage services
- Display excellent customer service at all times
