Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
- Learn and practice proper cooking techniques to prepare a variety of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Support the team in serving food efficiently and courteously to guests
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- Help with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed
- Contribute positively to team efforts by staying motivated, punctual, and eager to learn
Experience
- No prior professional kitchen experience required; enthusiasm for cooking and learning is essential
- Basic understanding of food preparation and meal assembly preferred
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
