We are now seeking a talented Wedding & Events Planner to join our team and help couples bring their vision to life.
Role Overview
The Wedding & Events Planner will be responsible for guiding couples through their planning journey, coordinating suppliers, managing event logistics, and delivering seamless on‑the‑day execution. This role requires a confident communicator, a natural organiser, and someone who thrives in a premium hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Lead the full planning journey for each couple from enquiry to post‑event follow‑up
- Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and schedules
- Coordinate all venue‑related logistics, including accommodation, catering partners, and bar operations
- Client Liaison & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for couples, families, and suppliers
- Host planning meetings, venue tours, and final detail appointments
- Provide expert guidance, reassurance, and creative input throughout the process
- On‑the‑Day Event Management
- Lead the delivery of weddings and events with calm, confident professionalism
- Manage supplier arrivals, set‑up, ceremony coordination, and guest flow
- Troubleshoot issues discreetly and ensure the day runs flawlessly
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate event files, contracts, and communication logs
- Support the wider venue team with operational planning and seasonal events
- Uphold House of Elrick’s standards of presentation, service, and guest experience
Skills & Experience
- Experience in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality coordination
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- A passion for premium hospitality, design‑led spaces, and exceptional guest service
- Weekend and evening availability during peak season

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
