We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will deliver inspiring training courses in a variety of environments, including classroom, online, and hybrid delivery.
You may work from home, our Plymouth training centre or at client sites, mainly across the south west of the UK. If you enjoy a varied diary, flexibility and the opportunity to meet interesting people across a variety of industry sectors, then this job is for you!
Essential criteria for all trainers and consultants:
- Being comfortable delivering both face-to-face and online training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds and experience levels
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others learn
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel
We are currently recruiting two different roles:
General
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to progress, develop their skills, and be supported in achieving Chartered IOSH status. We’re committed to investing in the right person, offering clear development pathways and the opportunity to grow.
You will be involved in the delivery of SSG certified courses, as well as externally accredited programmes, including First Aid.
Essential criteria:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Physically able to handle training aids and access varying types of facilities
OR
Construction
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry?
As a Construction trainer, you will deliver engaging CITB-approved training courses and make a real difference by developing others, raising safety standards, and supporting learners to build confidence and competence within the construction sector.
Essential criteria:
- NEBOSH Health and safety management for Construction (UK)
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Relevant construction industry experience with strong practical knowledge
- Up to date knowledge of industry regulations and best practice
