The Waterfront is a privately-owned Pub & Restaurant located at Barton Marina, one of Staffordshire’s leading tourism destinations.
Reporting to the General Manager, we expect you to make your presence felt in the restaurant. You will manage the daily operations with a specific focus on staffing and scheduling. You will assist the General Manager in providing training and development in order to create and support a fun, inviting work environment where the staff feel respected and valued.
Fresh food is what we do, so we will count on you and the team members to do it right for our customers and to keep them coming back. Our restaurant seats 96 and we offer daily chef’s specials in addition to the core menu. A limited menu is served in the bar and lounge and also alfresco where, in fine weather, we have the scope to seat up to 160 customers overlooking the marina.
A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position is essential.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
