It’s not just about being surrounded by a bunch of clever, funny, crisp-eating, good looking people. Being a bbd’er also comes with everything you’d expect – and hopefully a little more.
Want to be part of an awesome team comprising of thinkers, doers, problem solvers and creators? We don’t care how you got here, we just want to know if you are ready for the next step.
Bright Blue Day is looking for an ambitious Client Services Director to lead our Client Services function and play a key role in shaping the future of the agency.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you'll be responsible for the growth, retention, and commercial performance of our key client accounts, while leading and developing a team of eight client services professionals from Account Executives through to Account Directors.
This is not a hands-on account delivery role. Your focus will be on building senior client relationships, developing people, driving commercial growth and creating the conditions for great work to happen.
As a member of the Leadership Team, you'll contribute to agency-wide decisions, helping shape our people, proposition, growth strategy and future direction.
Working across B2B clients in sectors including cybersecurity, financial services and insurance, you'll ensure our largest accounts continue to grow, deliver against agreed objectives and see bbd as a trusted strategic partner.
We're entering an exciting period of growth, transformation and AI adoption, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping what comes next.
