The Company will employ you as a Van Operator. You will be required to travel to Dublin from Monday to Friday. Starting time would preferably be early to avoid traffic. You will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
· Follow all Health & Safety procedures
· Wear correct company uniform daily including a high vis vest.
· Cleaning and Maintaining your assigned van. Reporting faults, accidents, and damages to the transport manager.
· Loading the van prior to delivery and cross checking your delivery quantities
· When loading and delivering you should follow HACCP and training record procedures.
. Van temperature must be recorded prior to leaving the yard and at every delivery
· Deliver stock to customers in a timely manner
· Stock products on shops floors if required
· Returning all company crates and equipment back to the business premises
· Foster good customer relationships
· Monitor and maintain customer accounts, collecting payments and recording on daily sheets
· Be knowledgeable of available business products
· Promote and sell products to customers to enhance accounts
· Collect and record customer payments daily
- Be responsible for your customers accounts, check payment terms with each customer and ensure payment is being made accordingly.
-Scan and save all invoices onto the system for the accounts team.
· Keep management up to date with customer account and ordering status
· Any and all returns must be brought back to the factory and notification must be given to management
- Positive work attitude, be pro active and try to do better on the daily.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
