About the role:
As part of the Energy Frameworks Team, you will;
- Play a varied role supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the Energy Frameworks team, with a strong focus on administration, coordination and accurate record keeping.
- Manage and maintain accurate data, documentation and processes, ensuring information is complete, compliant and audit-ready, with a strong eye for detail.
- Work confidently with numbers, supporting budget and spend monitoring, reporting and data analysis to help the team make informed decisions.
- Coordinate key processes and deadlines, including supplier due diligence, sustainability requirements and onboarding, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, communicating clearly and confidently across all levels to ensure deliverables are completed effectively.
- Support continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve ways of working and ensure the team operates efficiently and compliantly.
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have…
- Strong administrative experience, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and processes effectively.
- Highly detail-oriented and methodical, with a focus on accuracy when handling data, documentation and important information.
- Confident working with numbers and data, with good analytical skills and an interest in understanding what the information is telling you.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the confidence to manage data, produce reports and use spreadsheets to support effective decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
- A team player who gets stuck in, takes a proactive approach and is happy to support colleagues across a varied role where priorities can change.
- An interest in the energy industry and enthusiasm for developing knowledge of the sector, its processes and sustainability requirements.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes, with the ability to quickly develop confidence using bespoke IT systems and data tools.
