Lead, Inspire and Deliver Operational Excellence
We're looking for a driven and people-focused Operations Process Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient and high-performing operation.
In this fast-paced leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a designated operational zone, leading a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve exceptional productivity, quality and service standards. Working closely with the Process Manager, you'll drive performance, develop your team and ensure operational targets are consistently met or exceeded.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives, creating a positive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of your designated zone, ensuring throughput, productivity and quality targets are achieved.
- Monitor operational performance against key KPIs and budgeted targets, taking action where required.
- Support the Process Manager in driving sortation quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage operational compliance, including parcel presentation, scanning accuracy, load presentation and service level performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce damages, claims and operational errors within your area.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team briefings to support colleague development.
- Ensure all reporting, documentation and operational records are completed accurately and on time.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety, hygiene and operational compliance.
- Lead by example, driving consistency, accountability and a strong customer-focused mindset across the operation.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced warehouse, distribution and logistics supervisor
- Strong track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in using KPIs and performance data to drive operational improvements, maintain high standards of safety, quality and service, and achieve results under pressure.
- Confident people leader with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, able to influence colleagues at all levels, make sound decisions independently and support continuous improvement.
