Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform various construction tasks efficiently and safely
- Execute bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, roofing, and other building techniques with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to plan and coordinate project phases, ensuring timely completion
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately during construction processes
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety standards and protocols at all times
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Assist in the installation of structural components, ensuring stability and durability of the finished product
Requirements
- Proven experience in masonry, carpentry, roofing, welding or related construction fields
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment required for various trades
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights
