Spa & Wellness Host
Wage: £13.50 per hour + Retail Commission
Hours: 3 days per week (approx. 24 hours)
Shifts: Fixed weekly rotation consisting of:
- Saturday 3pm-10.30pm
- Sunday 3pm-10.30pm
- Monday 3pm-10.30pm

Our team thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visitor leaves feeling completely rejuvenated. We are now seeking a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented Spa Host to manage our daily operations and guest journey.
You are the face of our sanctuary and the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will manage the flow of the spa, look after our guests, coordinate our therapists, and ensure our luxury wellness suites are perfectly prepared for every booking.Key Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Meet and greet guests warmly, providing an exceptional front-of-house experience.
- Booking Management: Take and coordinate reservations accurately over the telephone and via email.
- Schedule Coordination: Oversee the therapist client schedules and manage wellness suite bookings efficiently.
- Suite Preparation: Set up the wellness suites at the start of the day to our luxury presentation standards.
- Turnaround Operations: Manage and execute smooth, efficient suite turnarounds between guest bookings.
- Retail & Upselling: Drive retail sales and recommend products to guests, earning commission on your successes.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer Service: Previous experience in hospitality, spa reception, or front-of-house roles.
- Organisation: Strong multitasking skills to balance phone bookings, guest arrivals, and suite preparation.
- Sales Motivation: Energetic approach to upselling retail products to maximize your commission earnings.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in maintaining pristine, welcoming, and hygienic wellness environments.
- Reliability: Full commitment to the specified morning (7 am start) and evening (10:30 pm finish) shifts.
