Webchat Adviser
What you will be doing
We are searching for a talented individual to join us on Webchat within our growing team in our Great Yarmouth based store. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs who visit the official Vodafone website and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s and increasing our digital presence. By interacting directly with customers through an online conversation platform, you will understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.

Turnbuckle Communications is a local based business operating Vodafone franchise stores in Norwich and Great Yarmouth where our Vodafone WebChat team are based, supporting our online customers across the UK.
We are committed to providing all our customers with a first-class service, through each of our channels, every time they visit us.
This continued growth means we are now looking for new Webchat Advisers' to join our online Webchat Team, based at our Great Yarmouth store.
Please note this role is based in the Vodafone store in Great Yarmouth however some shifts may be remote working from home.
Applicants MUST be able to work shifts, between the hours of 8am-10pm, this will include, evenings, weekends and bank holiday working, 364 days a year. Shifts will be 6 or 8 hours.
Job Types: Permanent
Salary: From £20,982 for 30 hours per week.
