Lark & Larks is a leading manufacturer of high-quality kitchens and bedrooms. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Multi-Skilled Machine Operators to join our expanding manufacturing team based in Castle Vale, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of woodworking machinery to manufacture our products, including:
- CNC Router
- Edgebander
- Beam Saw
You will also be expected to:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Produce high-quality components to specification.
- Carry out routine machine checks and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Work effectively as part of the manufacturing team.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience operating woodworking machinery.
- Experience with CNC routers, edgebanders, beam saws, or similar equipment.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
Full training will be provided on our machinery and processes for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Overtime available depending on business requirements
