Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. A valid driving licence is essential, as travel to client sites will be required regularly.
Duties
- Identify and generate new business leads through targeted outreach and networking activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition effectively
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organisational tools
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required to promote the company’s offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Valid driving licence with the willingness to travel frequently to client sites
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office suite
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
