Managers
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Managers at all different levels to work in our fantastic bars and clubs-https://miromaleisure.net. You will take full ownership of their role/venue and lead it forward across our business. These are senior leadership roles for someone who wants real responsibility, creative freedom, and the opportunity to shape a venue into a true local and late-night destination.
The Role
As a Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance, culture, and identity of our venues. You will lead from the front, remain highly visible on the floor, and ensure every guest experience reflects the standards and atmosphere you set.
You will have genuine freedom to influence how the venue looks, feels, and operates — from service style and team culture to lighting, music levels, flow, and overall vibe.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the day-to-day and long-term performance of the venue
- Hands-on leadership during service, setting standards by example
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience
- Create and maintain an exceptional atmosphere through control of lighting, music, temperature, and ambience
- Drive sales through creative initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with locals, regulars, and the wider hospitality community
- Ensure full compliance with Licensing, Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Manage labour and stock costs while protecting service quality
- Work closely with senior management to maximise performance and growth
About You
- Proven experience in hospitality management within a high-volume bars or late-night venue and food experience. Some sports interest could be good too!
- A confident, accountable leader who takes ownership of results
- Highly hands-on and comfortable being present during busy services
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of costs and revenue drivers
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong people skills with a natural ability to build loyal teams and regular customers
- Ready to take full responsibility for a venue/role and make it your own
