Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing information
- Maintain organised records of all data entries and updates for easy retrieval
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, document management, and correspondence handling
- Utilise phone etiquette skills when communicating with clients or internal teams regarding data-related queries
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, particularly in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in computer skills including typing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
- Demonstrated experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment and software applications used for data management and communication
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are desirable
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative support roles will be advantageous
