We are looking for a male only carer who has experience in Autism, Epilepsy and sleep apnoea, however full training will be given.
The client likes to remain as independent as possible but requires staff to prompt and encourage them with daily tasks, it is also important that they eat a healthy balanced diet. Client can communicate however may struggle with words, it is important staff allow them to process information and make decisions and speak slowly and clear. Will rely on breakfast to be made of their choice. Also enjoys fishing and going for walks
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting clients with a range of complex care needs through a combination of longer day shifts and domiciliary care visits within the community.
Successful candidates will be expected to provide high standards of care, promote independence, and support clients with their daily living activities while always maintaining dignity and respect.
Hours Available
20:00 – 08:00 2 shifts per week
Essential Skills
· 3 months previous care experience within UK
· Experience with administration of medication
· We are accepting Male staff
· Needs to be able to attend training based in Kings Norton B30
