Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be the friendly face helping residents stay informed throughout improvement and refurbishment projects.
- Support residents by providing updates on planned works and project progress
- Help answer questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly way
- Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community events
- Work alongside experienced colleagues to learn how projects are managed
- Help organise appointments and access arrangements for residents
- Record feedback and keep information updated on company systems
- Ensure residents feel supported throughout the project journey
