Please note this role requires your avalaiblity to work every Sunday (7:30am - 1:30pm) with additional overtime avalaible. Please do not apply for this role if you cannot guarantee working every Sunday.
Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Cafe Assistant to join our team at Ren’s Kitchen in Worthing. This role is vital in delivering excellent customer service and supporting our daily operations to ensure our customers enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality food.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee as a barista.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience.
- Follow food safety regulations diligently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or food service required
- Barista experience is required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours
