HEAD OF TUMBLE WANTED
We looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Head of Tumble to join the MCDA Allstars.
ABOUT OUR GYM:
We are an established cheerleading gym based in Chatham, Kent, with over 130 athletes participating in rec, novice, prep and Allstar cheer.
We have a core coaching team of 4 and are currently developing the next generation of junior coaches within our programme
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and lead tumble classes from beginner through to Level 3 athletes
- Deliver strong technical training with a focus on correct progressions and execution
- Communicate effectively with the club leadership team and junior coaches
- Track and record athlete progress and development
- Help drive standards, growth and success within our cheer programme

HOURS:
At present sessions are Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. However, as the new season timetable is not yet finalised, these hours can be flexible.
WAGES:
Dependant on age and experience.
Applicants MUST hold relevant qualifications, references and experience.
