Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and despatch.
- Support all warehouse activities, including goods in, storage, returns, and stock control.
- Follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality in all tasks.
- Prioritise workload in line with operational requirements and customer expectations.
- Identify and report any issues that may impact order fulfilment or stock accuracy.
Stock Handling & Accuracy
- Handle all goods with care, ensuring products are stored and managed correctly.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
- Ensure correct labelling, storage, and organisation of stock.
Quality & Service Standards
- Ensure all orders are prepared to a high standard, reflecting the values of the House.
- Support the delivery of a reliable and efficient fulfilment service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards across all warehouse operations.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding workload and priorities.
- Liaise with other departments where required to support fulfilment activities.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to team responsibilities.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure safe handling and movement of goods and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO
14001).
- Support a safe and well-maintained working environment.
Flexibility & Operational Support
- Support peak trading periods and promotional activity with flexibility in working hours.
- Assist with deliveries and collections, including use of company vehicles where required.
- Act as key holder where necessary.
- Support additional operational tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in materials handling, picking & packing, and stock management.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control checks and accurate order fulfilment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
