Experienced Upholsterers – 2 Permanent Vacancies
Talent Link Recruitment is recruiting for two highly skilled Upholsterers to join an established and respected furniture manufacturer producing premium, bespoke upholstered furniture.

These are genuine long-term opportunity for experienced upholsterers who take pride in their finish, can work independently from specification and want to be part of a business where quality matters.
You will be working on a varied range of high-end furniture, including sofas, chairs and bespoke pieces, within a clean, organised and supportive production environment.
The role
- Complete upholstery of sofas, chairs and bespoke furniture pieces to a high standard
- Work from frames, drawings, specifications and production instructions
- Carry out foam work, webbing, stapling, gluing, hand-finishing and fabric application
- Prepare and inspect frames before upholstery
- Maintain exceptional quality, accuracy and attention to detail throughout
- Work efficiently to agreed production targets without compromising workmanship
- Keep your workstation clean, safe and well organised
What we are looking for
- A minimum of FIVE years’ experience as a Furniture Upholsterer NOT BED UPHOLSTERY
- Strong experience working on high-quality, bespoke or premium furniture
- Confident across the full upholstery process, not solely one production stage
- Able to work independently and solve practical issues as they arise
- A reliable and committed team player with genuine pride in their craft
- This role is best suited to an experienced upholsterer; it is not a trainee position
What is on offer
- Permanent, full-time employment
- Pay range £15- up to £25.00 per hour, dependent on skill level and proven experience, with plenty of overtime available
- Overtime available to increase earnings
