SDL has an excellent opportunity to join our team of multi skilled maintenance operatives and ground maintenance teams, carrying out various property maintenance tasks predominantly within residential properties. We cover London and South East areas but we predominently work within South East London.
Main Duties Include:
- Internal and External works
- Minor Plumbing Works
- Minor Electrical works
- Minor Carpentry works
- Tiling
- Painting and Decorating
- Grounds Maintenance
- General repairs/maintenance
SDL are looking for candidates who are self motivated as will be working alone and part of a team. Type of maintenance will vary day to day so a good knowledge in this area and problem solving is essential.
Must handle and operate small handheld power tools confidently
Experience is essential.
Drivers Licence is essential. Van will be provided.
Hours - 08:00 - 17:00 but must be flexible to work accordingly to clients requirements.
Note: We carry out paid work trials instead of interviews so therfore availability for this is required.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
