Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales and accounts department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly managing and directing client enquiries via email or phone to the right department
- Maintain organised filing systems for sales documents and correspondence.
- Support the implementation of new IT tools or software to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience with DMS systems is a necessity but training on our particulat system will be available
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales support functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
