About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing outsourced sales company based in London, currently seeking Event Sales Assistant to represent them and their non-profit clients. They deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns for recognisable brands through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings, engaging directly with customers to build brand awareness and support customer acquisition.
Successful candidates will have access to client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions led by knowledgeable individuals with customer-facing experience from day one.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Strong Communicators: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential due to the customer-facing nature of this opportunity. Individuals should be confident communicating with members of the public face-to-face.
- Willing to Learn: Open to broadening existing skills through client training and daily upskilling sessions covering sales, communication and customer engagement.
- Motivated: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to work towards personal and team objectives.
- Reliable: Full-time equivalent availability (5 FULL days a week).
- Transferable Skills: No previous experience is needed. Individuals from retail, hospitality (front of house, waiting staff, bar work), care, administration, customer service and other people-focused backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.
What you will do on a day-to-day basis:
- Represent recognised client campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement within event-based settings.
- Engage with members of the public, providing clear information about products and services while delivering a professional customer experience.
- Support customer acquisition activities by guiding customers through the sign-up process and completing basic sales administration where required.
- Work towards individual and team objectives within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Process

Please Note:
Successful candidates will operate on a subcontracted basis and are responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
