About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to lead our digital marketing activities and ecommerce performance across our growing B2C and B2B luxury sock brands including Peper Harow.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales through strategic utilisation of SEO, social media, and data analysis.
You will directly to the Company Director and responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness. You will manage a small team, oversee day-to-day marketing operations, and ensure all campaigns and website activity are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets.
· Supervise 2 team members in B2C E-commerce business and provide E-commerce support to B2B team.
· Review and approve marketing activity, content, campaigns, and website updates produced by team members.
· Plan, coordinate, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns carried out by the team across SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, affiliate marketing, PR, and organic social media.
· Continuously improve B2C and B2B ecommerce performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and average order value.
· Oversee Google Ads and paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and ongoing optimisation.
· Review and approve email marketing campaigns and work with the member to implement automations through platforms Klaviyo.
· Monitor and provide update weekly on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
· Supervise a team member who is responsible for affiliate partnerships and analyse PR activity to maximise return on investment.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints.
· Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
About You

Skills & Experience
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce management role.
· Experience managing or mentoring team members.
· Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and ecommerce best practices.
· Experience managing ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
· Excellent analytical skills and experience using GA4, Google Ads, and reporting tools.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· Experience planning and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
· Knowledge of CRO and user experience optimisation.
· Experience using Klaviyo, Ahrefs, Clarity, Canva/ Adobe Photoshop, Excel.
· Basic HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge.
