Blueprint Operations is looking for a Gaming Content Analyst to support the planning, analysis and optimisation of gaming menus across our cabinet estate. This role will focus on reviewing large performance data sets, identifying content opportunities and helping determine which new games should be added to gaming menus. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Team to support data-led menu updates, product roadmaps and deployment planning across B1, B3, B4 and CAT C products.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Analyse large performance data sets to identify content trends, menu gaps and opportunities for new game placement.
- Support the Product Team in deciding which new games should be added to gaming menus across different cabinets, customers and product categories.
- Review game performance before and after menu updates to measure impact and inform future content decisions.
- Assist with the planning, optimisation and maintenance of short- and long-term product roadmaps for B1, B3, B4 and CAT C products.
- Use data to monitor the performance of existing menus and recommend improvements that support commercial and operational objectives.
- Work closely with Product, Game Design, QA and Operations to support the release of new games and menu changes.
- Support the cabinet enhancement and menu deployment process through MARS, ensuring updates are accurate, commercially relevant and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
- Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools would be advantageous.
- The ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities from performance data.
- Good attention to detail and confidence working with complex information.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple menu updates, product plans and deadlines.
- An interest in gaming content, product performance and menu optimisation.
- Confidence working with different teams, including Product, Game Design, QA and Operations.
- A general understanding of gaming machines, game categories or land-based gaming would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
