Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, as you'll be travelling between clients' homes and supporting them with appointments and community activities. Evening and Weekend availability is essential.

Working Hours
- Part-time, permanent role

About the Role
As a Care Professional, you'll support clients to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. No two days are the same, and through our consistent client matching, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine, lasting relationships with the people you support.
Your role may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
- Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encouraging independence while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing
- Delivering compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs
