We're Nev and Tanvi, the founders of Rise Dental & Medical, and we're opening a new premium private dental and medical clinic in Chelmsford this summer. We're looking for a Receptionist to be the first face our patients see, someone with genuine warmth who makes people feel looked after the moment they walk through the door. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customers and committed to delivering exceptional service.

What we're looking for
- Warm, friendly and genuinely kind, this matters more to us than years of dental experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A background in hospitality or front-of-house guest service is ideal, healthcare reception experience also welcome
- Comfortable with a varied weekly schedule, including one later finish, one earlier start and Saturday mornings
- Organised and calm under pressure, comfortable managing a busy phone line and diary
- Confident learning new systems

Saturday 08:30AM to 1:30PM (3 out 4)
