Job Overview
Working closely with the Electrical Services Director, the Electrical Services Manager will oversee a team of project managers to ensure projects are properly assigned and handed over, with clear understanding of the scope, programme, pricing, and agreed budget from project start to project completion & handover.
Key Responsibilities
· Assign projects to ensure a clear handover of scope & budget
· Hold weekly meetings with Project managers to track/monitor live projects
· Ensure variations, valuations, & project completion is managed effectively
· Report project performance & risks
· Conduct probationary and performance reviews
· Maintain strong client relationships
· Proactive approach for upcoming annual leave for Project managers
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience managing commercial & industrial electrical installation projects
· Commercial awareness
· Leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
· ECS black card (18th Edition, 2391, SMSTS)
· Full UK driving licence
