CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for a Foot Mobile MultiSkilled Engineer to join our London engineering team, supporting a varied portfolioof commercial and critical environment sites across the city. This is a greatopportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer, Electrical MaintenanceEngineer, Mobile Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Facilities Engineerwho wants a role with variety, autonomy, career progression and exposure tohigh-profile client environments.
You will carry out plannedpreventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, minor works andcompliance checks across electrical and building services systems. The rolewould suit someone with strong hands-on electrical maintenance experience,ideally within commercial offices, facilities management, data centres,critical environments or multi-site mobile maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:
We are keen to speak with candidates who have worked as an Electrical Engineer,Mobile Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Facilities MaintenanceEngineer, Multi Skilled Engineer or Critical Services Engineer.
Essential
Strongfault-finding skills and the ability to work safely under pressure duringreactive callouts.
Abilityto read technical drawings, follow operating procedures and maintain accuraterecords.
Full UKdriving licence or the ability to travel easily between London client sites.
Strongcommunication skills and a customer-first approach.
Desirable —helpful but not a barrier to applying
Understanding of a CDM process Experience of H & S procedures & requirements. COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment etc. Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH Testing and Inspection of Electrical systems Knowledge of emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocols Understand the monitoring of utilities and environmental programmes Be or have been an Authorised Person e.g. (AP15/12) Water hygiene L8
