James Ward is a busy, acute Ward that specialises in Cardiology with Elective and Emergency admissions. We have an excellent multidisciplinary team approach and work with an exceptional, extended team.
We are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant, hospital experience is desirable but not essential. A minimum of two years experience in health and social care is also desirable.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a week long Induction course, which will include all the Trust statutory/Mandatory training to join our team inviting them to share their knowledge and experience with the ward; you will need to be well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and personal professional development.
We will provide a supportive atmosphere, mentorship and clinical supervision on the ward and are committed to professional development of all staff. Team working is an integral part of this ward with all staff enabled and empowered to make a real difference for their patients.
Working on Internal rotation is a requirement.
