Due to the nature of personal care that is to be provided, we are looking for Female Support Workers only.
We are seeking a compassionate, bubbly, and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at LSC Nursing and Care Services. In this role, you will provide full and complex support to a 31 year old lady with total body cerebral palsy and epilepsy who lives at home with her family and pets. This service user enjoys holidays, days out, pamper evenings and spending time with family and friends. They are looking for the right person to join their team to help ensure their life is safe, healthy, happy and as pain free as possible, this will also include regular physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions.
Rate of pay - £13.00
Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays

Job Types: Part-time
Expected hours: 7 - 24 hours per week with the opportunity of more hours to be picked up. We also require you to be flexible to cover holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist client with all daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition and fluids, medication administration, physiotherapy programme etc.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to client, fostering a positive environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of client by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour.
- Support client in accessing community resources and services as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is preferred.
- Driver with own vehicle is essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with client and families.
- Ability to perform physical tasks.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
