Front Of House Team Leader – The Famous Powmill Milk Bar
Location: Powmill, Kinross-shire
Hours: Full-Time or Part Time
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 FT
The Famous Powmill Milk Bar is a Scottish landmark, loved for hearty breakfasts, homemade bakes, and legendary milkshakes. As we enter a new chapter with a refreshed menu, improved facilities, and exciting growth plans, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front Of House Team Leader to help lead the team with our existing management/supervisor staff and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility within the team for leading the day-to-day running of the venue, supporting front and back of house teams, maintaining service excellence, and driving performance across sales, staffing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our other team leaders to lead, motivate, and develop the FOH and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily service and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and FOH.
- Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Help drive growth from the site with additional upsells, money generators ideas and launch.
- Uphold Powmill Milk Bar's reputation for quality, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.
- Work with senior management on marketing, promotions, and future growth projects.

- Proven experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Calm, positive attitude under pressure and a real passion for people.
